My Credit score is 714. Can I get a car loan? And what interest rates will I be looking at?

My "Dream Car" is $14,000 from a private party. My score is 714 from experian. I make around $1600 a month, but I just got hired to this job a week ago. So my employment length is not long at all. I have lived in the same address from the last 7 years. I am 18, still live with parents, so no real monthly bills except for my $30/mo cell phone bill. I just paid off my credit card debt. Thats basicly all my tiers, will I get approved? What interest rates should I be expecting?
