ps3 car modifying game?

I was wondering what ps3 car games let you modify your car like putting rims, paint, body kits, etc oh yeah and are there any upcoming racing game for the ps3. THANKS =)

2. Need for Speed Prostreet is great for if your into car mods in your racing game, you can change pretty much everything.
