1. To certain extents... You CAN modify - colour, numbers, sponsors (decals), paint schematics You CANNOT modify - Bumpers, hoods, body kits, spoilers, interiors, wheels, height, roof scoops All in all, you can only modify anything flush with the cars original appearance, ie two dimesnional. It is also notable that you cannot remove any aftermarket accessories such as spoilers or wheels. PS...
