How much would this car sell for?

I was wondering if anyone could give a really rough estimate on how much a 99 tuarus would sell for. IT HAS 300 THOUSAND MILES ON IT. No joke lol. But it is in pretty good running condition and looks decent cosmetically. Its my dads car and i was seeing how much i could buy it from him for. Yo tait? Its my dads car? I know it works fine he keeps great upkeep on it.
