what discounts should I get if I pay cash for a new car?

1. None. Dealers don't directly finance cars. Dealers work with finance companies to help get loans for customers, and get a commission. Therefore, they make more money if you finance with a loan or lease. So, don't go into a dealer flashing your cash. You may actually end up paying more for your car.
2. Think of all the interest you'll save. There's your discount. There is no incentive for a dealer to discount a car for cash because they make more money off a financed deal.
