- Basically, New Car Replacement means that your insurance company will replace your vehicle without depreciation. The check most likely will be paid to your lien-holder and after the lien is paid you will get the difference. They will advise you how much it will cost to replace your vehicle w/o any depreciation.
- They pay the full undepreciated value of the vehicle, the loan is paid out of the settlement, and the difference is your down payment to purchase another vehicle of your choice.
- There are lots of sites where you can get a free insurance quote. http://www.goodinternetdeals.com/Auto-Insurance.html It only takes a few minutes to do.
