Can I modify my car radio to pick up aviation band signals?
I have the factory radio in my car, a 95 S-10 Blazer. Thanks

- in a word, no. a handheld would work best if you are close enough to the signal source. aircraft frequencies are basically line of sight. try sportys aviation for a low cost one. car radio adapters were made many years ago but were manually tuned. even if you found a working one today, it would have a hard time separating the frequencies used today due to close spacing. digital tuning is needed nowdays. good luck
