Nissan and others sell different cars in the US and in Europe?
I was on a UK site (http://www.jdmfinance.co.uk/Finance/Nissan/) and there a bunch of cars posted there from Nissan. Are any of these available in the US? Do car makers have any common vehicles or are they different for each country. That just seems inefficient...

- These are the Nissan's available in the U.S. Nissan Sentra Nissan 240sx Nissan 350z Nissan 300zx Nissan 240z Nissan 280z Nissan Frontier Nissan Pathfinder Nissan Exterra Nissan Altima Nissan Maxima Nissan Armada Nissan Quest Nissan Stanza Some car makers do have the same cars in other countries and some have different cars. Ford example, Ford's cars in Europe are completely different. They are very popular their and they look great and drive great. But they are uglier in America and less reliable. Mazda sells the same cars in the U.S. and the U.K. and other European countries. The U.K. also has the Mazda 6, Mazda 3, and Mazda RX-8.
- yes they do sometimes its a diffrent car and sometimes it just the name of the car for example in europe they have nissan sunny mitsubishi pajero toyota careena these cars are in europe and they r here in the u.s but they look slightly diffrent and have diffrent names nissan sunny in europe in the u.s itsnissan 200sx and toyota careena is toyota camry
- Many Nissan's which are sold in other countries outside the US often sell in the US as Infiniti brand models IE the skyline 350gt is the G35 the cefiro is the i30 etc etc. But there are some brands which do differ and are not sold in the US and some are old in Japan and not sold elsewhere unless imported. Also engines differ country to country IE the 240sx in the UK and elsewhere with have the 200sx which is the silvia and early version being the 180sx s13.Where the 240 has the ka engine ours had the ca engine and then the sr engine. This was the same with the Supra MK4 the UK version had a faster engine then even the Japanese version.
