What do you have to do to get a license to attend car auctions in florida?

I see that there is a car dealer license that you need in florida to sell cars. But is that what you need to go to the car auctions? Or is a separate license needed?

1. There are two types of auto auctions. Dealer auctions are only open to licensed dealers. Public auctions are open to anyone, and usually require a deposit to register and bid. To attend a dealer auction, you need to have a dealer license, and to register at the auction in question. At each auction, you will need to have your financial information approved.
