Car Insurance - Quinn direct premium help please !!?

Hi im 17 and have a renault clio 1.2 billabong it has side skirts and front and back bumper is modified. It has alloy wheels and tinted windows. I cant find insurance anywhere. I came across quinn direct there cheap for insurance ( i have a provisional licence) Ive been on some reviews that say they increase your premium once you pass your driving test. I phoned and asked them how much the increase would be. But they couldnt tell me they said. They quote atm - £1400 can someone tell me how much it will increase? Or give me advice on gettin insurance cheap
