Travelers Insurance in Massachusetts?

I live in Massachusetts; my car insurance is with Travelers Ins. And in my opinion they stink! Any one other than me out there have problems with them? Please let me know? Thank you Thank you for your responses but the question is not “what to do” I have already begun the process of changing companies. The question was “Has any one other than me had problems with this company?
