Who knows a a decent first car for sale in the Sydney District Australia? Under $4000 preferably ? ?

Im looking for a decent,drivable first car in the Western Sydney region. Does anyone know of any good car dealerships, or private selling that can provide this. Im 17 year old female. Thaks heaps :))
