where to buy a cheap car in atlanta?

i am 17 bout to turn 18 in dec 20and will be graduating in 2009 and i really need to know where to buy a cheap car or a used car that is in good condition

1. There are lots of places to buy cheap used cars that are sometimes not considered -- consignment lots (lots of them around Atlanta), police auctions, repossession sales, lease takeovers, etc. Here's a list of about 20 different places: http://www.leaseguide.com/Articles/cheapcars.htm .
2. You should go to a car auction. I got my first car from an auction when I was 17 and it was in cheap and in good condition. I would still have it today if it weren't for parking tickets...
