1. I have not personally made a loan like that, however, one of my friends did. He made the first two payments, then fell behind. (He was in jail). By the time he got out, his car had been taken by the loan company. They sold it, and it did not bring enough to cover the remaining balance on the loan, so he ended up with no car, and owing $630.00. He went to the title loan company and raised hell. They called the cops, and he's now back in jail. Unless you're desperate, and are sure you can repay the loan on time, don't do it.
