How to sell a car outside of my own state with my states plates?

Do I need to switch the tags over or does the new buyer do that? I drove my car from california to florida but Im just on vacation but I want to sell it here and take a plane back home.

The fact you are on vacation saves you from having to register the car here in Fla..All you will need is a clear title for the new owner and a bill of sale for the new owner...The tags,tax and title transfer is the responsibility of the new owner..You take your california tags off and take them with you..The person who lives here and buys it here will have to register it in Fla.
