Good top 10 list for used vehicles, <$10K?

I'm looking into getting a used vehicle that'll cost me less than 10,000. I'll probably be buying form a dealership(part of my buy will be trade in). So, let's here it. I'm looking for a small car 2/4 door doesn't matter. I'd like aftermarket support as I enjoy modifying the vehicles I own...so the vehicles HAVE to be well endorsed in that departement. I want it to be less than 5 years old, with no more than 50K miles.

1. whatever you do, do not buy GM certified used. they use junkyard parts (like the whole differential) and will not lift a finger to help you when your mechanic tells you stock parts don't fit on your car for some reason.
2. you want a car less than 5 yrs old with less than 50,000 miles for less than $10K. if you find such a car, be certain to have a CARFAX search done, because it likely will be a storm car, one that went through a hurricane like Rita or Ike or George or whatever. It is illegal to sell such a car without informing the buyer, but it happens all the time. The average car is driven 15000 to 18000 miles a year in the city. So 50,000 miles over 4 years is less than 13000 miles a year, which qualifies for low mileage and higher than average value. But search CARMAX using those criteria and see what comes up.
3. My last 4 cars have been Buick's. I know for a FACT they can go 300,000 miles if taken care of. My 1st one did. I was still driving it, until a woman ran a red light and totaled it. I just got my 4th Buick. My 2nd one was traded in and my 3rd one only had 67,000 miles on it when it was totaled, this one was my fault. I blacked out and went through a stop sign. The Buick I have now was so well taken care of I have the maintenance records inside and out...pain/rust protection..the engine runs like a sports car..I won't buy NOTHING but a Buick. Whatever you look at, make sure you do online research about recalls-for make, model, and year. There's a couple models I won't buy. But, there are plenty that are fantastic!!!!!!!!!
