How do I transfer a car title to someone else when I still owe the car loan company the money the car is worth?

I bought a car with my ex-boyfriend with my name on the car loan but he made all the payments. Now I don't want it under my name anymore because we broke up. Can I just sign the title over to him somehow and have him continue to make the car payments. Do you know what the easiest way is to transfer the title to his name? 2. If your name is just on the title and your not on the auto loan you should beable to go to the DMV to have your name removed.
