What is the best way to sell a car - apart from craigslist?

I have bought a car recently. The previous owner lied to me about the condition of the car, I have found there is some problem with the car ( I fixed some of it). THe inspection has expired (he said he'll take to for inspection before he sell it), and I found out the car has been an accident. The car is in good shape, however I want to sell it - perhaps to a mechanic for a lower price, what are my options? please advice - I'm stuck and I have to pay my tuition.
