- There are many TV ADS just go to one of those sites
- my friend's son couldnt get cheap insurance either, so his dad insured the car in his name and named the son as a driver on the policy and it worked out way way cheaper
- The is NO cheap Car insurance for that age range
- You would find any because of your age. It would be best if you were put on your parents policy or just had liability coverage.
- Can you be added to a relative's policy? If not, go online to one of those sites that will give you multiple rate quotes from different companies. You will pay more because of your age, but with more experience and a good driving record you will pay less over time. It will seem like a loooooong time, but it will come.
- Sadly I wish you could get cheap insurance for that range, but you can't. Because that age range has the highest accident rate etc, so you're more of a liability. you could try http://www.confused.com and try find the cheapest one, but otherwise...
- You don't - sorry. Cheap car insurance comes with age, experience and not making any claims. For the first few years after passing your test, insurance is always hideously expensive.
- Be a named driver on one of your parents policies. This will be a lot cheaper for the first few years. If you are with direct line you'll also biuld up your own no claims.
- you can't. get on a parent's insurance till you're 25. that's what I did.
- Can't!
- You wont find cheap car insurance at your age. That's just a fact I'm afraid
- an act of God?
- hiya, the cheapest way would be to go on your dad/mum/someones insurance.then just pay them the difference in price.that's what my 18yr old grandson has done.he had his dad to put him on his.
- you will struggle to get quote on any car under £600. I don't recommend going on your parents insurance, as you wont build up any no claims bonus. Just shop around, go 3rd party insurance for the first year. Get a steering wheel lock and park your car on a drive way or garage if possible and limit your mileage to say 6000 a year, telling all these things to your insurer will help lower the price. You can always pay monthly.
- oh my god people. stop answering questions that you know nothing about. if the car is your car, and you are the main driver, it is ILLEGAL to declare yourself as a 2nd or 3rd driver. its called fronting. you are basically lying to the insurance company, by saying 'yeh, i only drive once or twice a week, so im not a big risk', but the fact is you drive everyday so are a big risk. dont believe me? call up an insurance company, and ask them if you are allowed to do it. what you can do, is visit www.admiral.co.uk, www.bell.co.uk or www.elephant.co.uk, put yourself as MAIN (policy holder) driver, then add your parents as 2nd and 3rd drivers. but, please feel free to go about it the wrong way if you want.
- short answer - they dont try elephant though i wad 18 and it was cheap :)
- try www.gocompare.com or www.swinton.com
- Just check online; These guys are the best I've found yet http://www.webexpresslane.com/insurancecom.html As long as you haven't had many accidents you should get great rates.
- Look at the online prices and compare the quotes. Most of the reputed companies offer quotes in quick and easy steps.
