does anyone know any cheap car insurance so i can put my 19 year old on my insurance.?

I have a 19 Year old who is really eager to drive. so ive decided to put him on my insurance but who im with at the minute i would need to get a mortgage to pay for it. Does anyone known any cheap insurance company's?? hes only got a provisional licences and hes had it for 2 and a half years.

3. WTF? Why would you do that? How can you teach responsibility and independence if you pay for his insurance? I payed my own insurance since 16. It kept me outta trouble, when everyone else's parents were getting jacked-up bills due to speeding, crashing, and DWI's. Parent's who pay for their kids insurance, still at 19 , usually have control issues.
4. You ask the impossible! 19, male, provisional licence. Best thing really is for your son to pass his test, then buy a small engined (non-butch!) car, insure, then insure it third party in his own name. He will then build up a 'no-claims bonus'. The cost will fall when he reaches 25 WITHOUT CLAIMS. Don't be temted to insure his car in your name to save money. This can be illegal and the policy may be worthless.
5. My manager has the same problem. It was going to cost her about £1500! It really is cheaper to buy an old banger (£300 - £500) and get your son to get his own insurance. Maybe put you on his - that's meant to bring the cost down.

12. I know of a company that will insure your son even with a provisional license. I had to put $120 down and my rate is $60 a month for full coverage. I don't know what state you are in but maybe they can help. I listed my source below. Good luck.
