What is easiest way to sell your used car?

I have a 2000 Mercury Cougar it is missing a front bumper and has a small dent, as well as 110,000 miles on it. I am looking to sell this car and get as much as I can for it. NOT interested in trading it in. I have another car. What is the most effective way method to sell a used car?

3. craig's list - document everything, tons of pictures, buyers like to know everything about the vehicle from the ad, and a major plus then you only have to deal with prospects that are really interested. we sold our Ranger for $1K over book in less than 10 minutes on Craig's list a couple of years ago.
