Is it true that your not allowed to sell electrical items at a car boot sale? or items with plugs on them? in the uk i mean.

3. no its not true .ive sold loads of electrical things. i was at an auction where the auctioneer said items can be sold in auctions as untested. the same applies at boot sales.
