what car should i modify?
ok so i dont want one of those cars like a prelude or a civic type R. i want something that doesnt fall into that catagory. i want something with muscle maybe. something thats worth putting money into. and i dont want to have to put a body kit on it to make it look nice. i want to keep the body original for the most part and a beefy engine thats super/turbo charged. any suggestions on cars??

- 98-02 Honda Accord. If the suspension is done right, it's tons of fun to drive. If you're planning on turboing it, even better. You'd be driving around in a grocery getter that would be able to kick any car's ass.
- I have an eclipse gt....last week I raced a nice prelude.....he took me on the start and jumped about two car lengths ahead of me....but he was shifting to third when i passed him in second....after that his headlights faded quick when I hit third.....just wish i had money to go more than stock.....my car is 2001 eclipse gt 5 speed....only upgrade i could afford is a three inch magnaflo exhaust...car looks great and sounds great with the 3.0 v6 and bigger exhaust....put in projector headlights and euro taillights
- Fox Body Mustang. End.
- VW GTi Mazdaspeed3 Mustang GT Subaru WRX/STi Mitsu Evo VW R32 BMW 135i Audi A4 Cobalt SS of all these, mustang is the best representation of muscle, but has the lamest suspension.
- I would go for the Mustangs GT. They fall in the catergory of muscle cars and something that you want. Other than that, its either and VW GTi or a Mazdaspeed3 or 6. An Evo or STi are good as well but I have seen many of them but their still worth to upgrade though and there fast. Oh, forgot to mention, the Pontiac GTO is good as well. They have around 400 hp on stock and there super cheap around 25,000 nearly new. Apparently, insurance rates are killer on them.
- The Mitsubishi eclipses years 1995-1999 are pretty good if you shop around you can get one for about 5000, but make sure it has the 4g63 in it or performance parts will be hard to find...the stock spoilers are moderately sized and give it a sporty look along with the little hood bump, i have a white 1997 with a twin turbo set up i can race anything from beefed up civics and Nissan's and hold a good tie with a Corvette, running 15 pounds of boost forged pistons and upgraded head and valves and intake manifold all work done my self for about 4000...so you could have a good looking 400 hp four cylinder that still gets about 30 mpg it's an all around winner
