What would be considered high mileage for a police car?
I've looked at several former police cars for sale on the internet with between 60,000 and 90,000 miles on them. Since the engines in police cars have heavy duty parts, would this be considered high mileage for them? Btw, all the cars I've looked at were 2000 to 2003 model years.

- Where in the world are you...? Here in the UK, Police cars are not built to a different specification to their regular equivalents. However, the real difference is that they will have been maintained to a very high standard. Mileage is not something you should worry about too much. What should concern you more is how well the car has been looked after. A 30000 mile car with a poor service history is likely to be a worse option than a fastidiously maintained ex-fleet or ex-Police car with three times the mileage.
- well, if you want one, get the lowest because the cars may have 60,000 but think about how hard the police run them. everyday, driving miles and miles, chasing people. you get it.
