I have an '89 240sx with an unusable title. Where can i sale this car?

I bought this as my first car in what we thought was a perfect deal , But the original owner acted a total douche and signed in the wrong place.. The car was sold 4 times after that till it got to me.. Now ,weve tried to get the title... But to much dismay. Now , its been sitting in my yard for years now. ANd i want to sell it for what i can. SO! , Where can i? Since the original owner is thought dead , or cant be found/ living in mexico. Its got a very nice engine in it. so i know its worth quite abit. Its basically a junker without the title... Ive thought about maybe taking it up to the race tracks and selling it to people up there for parts..... Whats the best way to go about saleing ?

1. try selling it on craigslist. or maybe a 240sx forums page.
2. Apply for a replacement title. What's the big deal? Contact your local DMV.
3. If you cannot resale the parts (or if it's more trouble than it's worth to you), check around in your area for one of those car-crushing places, or a scrap-metal yard. Sometimes you can get a few bucks for that!
