Want to contact to inquire about them fixing my car.

1. That's not how it works. You don't call them, and ask them to fix up your own car. Someone else has to volunteer your car, so it's a surprise to you. That's the whole point of the show. So, having someone else volunteer your car won't work either, because you're already in on it. Just fix the car yourself.
