What are some non essential part you can sell off of your car for cash?

I'm looking to enter a car in the 24 Hours of LeMons race and one of the rules is that the car cannot be worth more than $500 but you can use any money gained from selling parts from the car to purchase other parts for it. Could selling A/C parts work? Also, what would be the best place to sell car parts.

2. ya you can sell the ac, the radio, speakers, if your just using it to race take off the headlights, taillights, windsheild, doors, back seats, passenger seats, trunk lid and hood, and any kind of spinners or fins or spoliers

4. Sell all the seats except for the drivers side. A/C parts(compressor, condenser, lines) all the glass, spare tire, glove box door, interior door panels, side panels, head liner, carpet, visors. Sell it all on ebay.
5. spare tire, all the seats except for your own, you can sell the brakes, you're trying to go fast, not slow down. radio, the air in the trunk, ac parts could work, hood ornament, door handles, door panels, depending on the specific rules possibly a couple of lights, the heater core can be removed, as long as you run the two hoses together, but i doubt anyone would buy a used heater core.
