what is the best way to get into an auction, to buy a car and sell it for more cash

interested in purchasing a towed car, repossessed, etc......interested in knowing what I need too have in order too do a buy and sale .

1. Get a dealer permit. It's that easy.
2. To get into any of those auctions, you need a dealer license. AUctions like that are not open to the public. The exception is the tow-yard auction. When towing companies sieze a car and the owner doesnt pay, the car is sold off. But, in most cases, the owner didnt get the car because the tow bill is more than the car is worth.
