Wondering, just looking for a cheap car from $0-5000 that is tricked out, for example a honda civic, dodge str 4, lowride trucks, etc.

There's no pride in driving a car that's already "tricked out". Buy a cheap car for $1,200 and trick it out yourself. Have pride in your own work, not someone else's
