I am looking to buy a new car and could use some advice i'm totally confused???
Right now I have a 99 Dodge Stratus which has been a great car and i've had very few problems with , but I am looking to get a newer or brand new car with more room. Our family is growing and we could use a car/suv/wagon with more room. I am looking for something that is decent on gas, can possibly seat six, has enough room for a stroller, and cost $23,000 or less. I know there are quite a few options and i was hoping to get advice from different people. Thanks a bunch. I'm also looking for an automatic i don't know if that makes much of a difference.

- look at the scion xb very rooomy and has the toyota camry engine. Toyota is one of the best built long lasting trouble free cars
- Try a subaru forester or Outback. They are very roomie Cars. Or you could go with a Mini Van. Just be sure you look at the milage to price ratio. You don't want to spend to much on somthing that has a lot of miles on it. I would recommend looking at a carfax history repot also.
- Honda CRV
- The 2008 Chevy impala starts at 21,000, gets over 30 MPG and can take E85 ethanol (corn oil) as well as regular gasoline, oh and it and seats 6 people. http://chevy.com/impala May your choice be the best.
- Have a look at a Mazda 5. It's a great cross between a wagon and a minivan. It seats 6 in 3 rows of bucket seats, has a sliding door on each side, decent fuel economy, and is more fun to drive than a minivan. A Toyota Highlander might be another good option. It's pushing the upper end of your price range, but it's a very well-built and nice-driving crossover with an optional 3rd row of seats and available all-wheel-drive. It's also available with Hybrid-electric drive but that brings the price closer to $31,000.
- I'd look at a 1 year old Ford Crown Victoria/Mercury Grand Marquis. It seats 6, is luxurious, has a huge trunk, and decent reliability. The depreciation is eye-popping...A car that costs 25K new can be had for 13-15,000 at just 1 year old. If you're going to keep the car long-term it's a great choice.
- LOOK AT THE HONDA PILOT. A LITTLE OVER WHAT YOU WANT TO PAY BUT LOOK AT YEAR END SALES.
- well I own a honda oddessy minivan, the best decision I have made we have a family of 5 but this thing seats seven rear air and drives like a car with plenty of power its a 99 model and have had no major repairs whatsoever, and bought it under $10k honda has the reliability that all car makers should have but you can get a good used one for under $20k and I am telling you we slept in this thing when power went out during hurricane Katrina. it now has 249000 miles on it and still going strong. 26 miles to the gallon not the best but still decent and parts are easy to find another great thing about this vehicle, scions are hard to get parts for at your local autozone. and other makes if there is not a dealer near by your out of luck. hope this helps
