How to buy a new car!?

Hi, iam buying a new car but i don't know what to look for, what to ask the person selling the car, i don't know what iam doing but i do need a car, any advice on what questions i could ask or what kind of things i could look for in to buying a used car? i want a pretty cheap car, used, and under $2,000. hope that info helped you out on what you can help me with, thx.

1. it really depends on what kind of car you want do you like to go fast? sports cars are for you
2. I will tell you what I tell all my clients, stay japan, honda or toyota is best then make sure you take it to a good shop to have it inspected in and out. Aside from this it's your choice. $70 for inspection beats $2000.00for a piece of crap
3. your question should be rephrased to "How to buy a used car?". You can not get a new car with $2000
