How much of a discount can somebody get on a new car by using Ford's A, X, or Z employee discount plans?

My father is a retiree from Ford Motor Company, and I'm in the market for a new car.

1. a little better than invoice price... basically invoice and you get the holdback money also.... but you have to check as I can't remember by retirees should get same as current ford employees
