I am looking for a reliable car and property listings website in the Philippines where I can great car deals, etc.

1. Buying a used car is a real dice roll here. LTO documents are easily forged and unless your very familiar with asian model cars it's difficult to tell make and yearm especially with a new paint job. If you can afford it I highly recommend buying new from the dealer. Used cars here usually have been beat to death before sale. I would not recommend using those realators websites to find a house as they are usually inflated because they know mostly foreigners look there. You do know that foreigners here cannot own anything in the way of housing besides a condo, don't you ? You could look on craigslist.com/Philippines. There are some cars/trucks and propertoes for rent/sale there.
