Does anyone have extremely cheap car insurance?

I know tons of things affect how car insurance is 'calculated', i'm not asking for a lecture about that. I just want to know if someone has exceptionally low car insurance, how much it is, and where they got it from. @QOSben I checked out the site but they only offer car insurance in the UK (I live in US)

1. My Dad, with Insurance through Natwest services. He pays £13.40 fully comp a month. he has a Ford Escort mk6 with FULL NCD.
2. I pay $40 monthly, liability only on a 7 year old corolla. 25 years no claim bonus. I'd have to get CC statement to see exactly but was one from http://www.moneysavecenter.com or http://gsx1.com/Car-Insurance/100.php I just went for the cheapest I found.
