How long does a DUI stay on a person's insurance in Massachusetts?

My brother was in an one car accident and he was arrested for DUI. He agreed to a continuance without a finding and is currently on probation. I was wondering how long the DUI will remain on his insurance and his provisional driving record (From what I was told, a provisional driving record is the driving record anyone can look up and a permanent driving record is a person's driving record that is only accessible by the person and the court system)?

  1. I got a DUI and it is going to be on my driving record for 10 years. I also have to maintain SR22 insurance (higher cost) for 3 years until I can get a regular insurance plan.
  2. It will remain there for as long has he lives, contact the Registry of Motor Vehicles, ( State Police) if you have any questions
  3. first, you should collect some resource by searching the relevant keyword in search engine,if you got good luck there ,then your problem solved.however,if you are not able to find the ideal answer by doing that, here http://www.CarInsuranceFree.info/free-car-insurance.htm is the resource i recommend.
