where can I sell my junk car?

I have a vehicle with a blown motor but the rest of it is in really good shape where can I sell it for salvage and get a reasonable price. I'm in Austin TX

1. Local junk yard they might give less than a 1,000 but its not like alot of people are gonna but a car with a blown motor
2. if the only thing thats wrong with it is a blown engine i wouldn't take it to a junkyard or salvage yard because they won't give you too much for it, try putting it in the paper and different sites, your bound to find someone that would take it with a blown engine
