I need 50 consumer reviews of plumbers in a day. Given 2 dig recorders &1 vid cam, a car, $20. How do I do it?

For a marketing project I'm involved with, I've been give this task... It's 9:00am By the end of the day, me and my team of 2 people need to get 50 consumers to give us reviews about plumbers. We have 2 digital recorders, a video camera, a car, and $20. What's my strategy?

1. split up, go to home depot and Lowe's in all different places and ask if they've ever had plumbing done---while some people there are do-it-yourselfers, a lot of them may have just bought a home or something and probably have it fresh in their mind if they've recently dealt with a plumber.
