Where can I find the best car deals?

I'm looking for a one stop shop that can help me to get the best deal on a car. I have couple of brands and models in mind and I don't want to spend too much time haggling with different dealerships. Thanks!

1. Don't expect any dealer to simply give you their best deal without haggling. Carmax is a no-haggle dealer and their prices are a little higher, but you get some extra's that you don't get other places.
2. I would look around on ebay. There is usually a lot of good deals on both brand new cars from dealers as well as used or slightly used cars.
