Question about car upholstery & car seats (ARIZONA)

Hi, I was looking online to find shops that redo car upholstery and that sell car seats for trucks. I have a '88 Mazda B2200 extended cap pickup. I have a few questions.. ---Upholstery---- Would I be able to go to Home Depot and buy some carpet, take out the carpet in my truck cut the new carpet to fit and place it in the truck? How much on average does it cost to get new upholstery at a upholstery shop? Does anyone know of any decent places to go for this in Arizona? ---Seats--- Im looking to either get my seats redone or buy new seats. Would I be able to buy lets say a racing style seat for my truck? How much on average will 2 front seats cost? Does anyone know of any good shops in Arizona to get my seats re upholsterised or to buy new ones? If I need to provide anymore information feel free to ask. Thank you for any help.
