I'm from US & traveling to Winnipeg, Canada. Can i sell my car while being in Canada (i have a US title)?

Is there any custom clearance necessary? How long can i travel in Canada with my US car (and US license plates)? Thank you in advance What does "SAFTIED" mean? i see this word in a lot of canadian car ads...

1. You can be a visitor for up to six months. You can stay even longer if you have a student or work visa. You will be able to drive your car for the duration of your stay. According to Transport Canada, you will NOT be able to sell your car while you are here. EDIT- SAFTIED = Car has passed the provincial safety inspection.
2. you will be allowed to drive your car but you can't sell it because it has a USA title.
