Can we sell our car before divorce is final?

Things didn't work out and we're planning to file for summary dissolution in a week. We jointly own a car and both of us agreed to sell it after 2-3 months (when i get my new car). Is it legal to sell the car before the divorce is final, if both of us agreed to sell it? What would happen if I sign an auto lease before the divorce is final? I'm planning to lease instead of financing because I have plans for purchasing a house in a year or two (I've heard the auto loan would raise the mortgage interest rate).

1. Yes, you can definately sell the car before it's final. If you're both on the title, then you will both have to sign off on it. When you get another car though, make sure it is in just your name.
2. OFCOURSE>>>>>as long as the BOTH of you agree. Because one can't sell it without the other anyway.
3. Yes, of course it is legal. If you are going to buy anything, WAIT until AFTER the dissolution is final.
