WHAT BANK IS A GOOD CAR LOAN LENDER WITH LOW CAR RATES?

- Whatever you do dont go with Wachovia
- Cindy, The best way to do this is to do some leg work and go from bank to bank and choose the bank that you like best. You might find that the bank that you are already with is the one you will pick.
- The best banks are your own banks, especially credit unions; if you're already a depositor, the bank is more likely to lend to you and give you its lowest rate. The older the car you buy, however, the higher the rates.
- Capitalone.com and Eloan.com usually have the lowest rates so try there first. Or try a manufacturer since some are offering 0% right now. But you need awesome credit (730 FICO) usually to qualify for those.
- credit unions are real good , i have purchased a couple of vehicles using them and since there my bank they take it out of my checking account . i never see a car payment.
