Overhaulin'

Where do I go to find out what a car is worth.Its a '85 so its a classic.Will be a show car soon.?

Its an '85 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme with a chevy 350 in it.I hope to make it into my show car this year and into next year.

  2. Depends what it is, and what condition it is in. Just being an 85 doesnt make it a future classic or valuable. The 1980's generally were hardly the golden age of motoring and some real dogs of cars were produced in that decade. A Ferrari or even a pre Berlin Wall collapse Trabant will one day be worth something but there are a gazillion other cars which will be worth more as re-cycling into soda cans than as classic cars..... sorry
  3. kelley blue book . com will tell you trade in (low) or car lot price (high) and privte party (med) prices . you just inter the info on the vehicle.
  4. By a book on 'blue book evaluations' its what the car companies regulate the price, If you have it insured the insurance company can give you an estimate. Or you can always phone the company that made the car. ex. if its a Pontiac, call the gm dealer. if its a Cadillac call the Cadillac dealers and they can give you a number for the factory where it was built.
