vender's for a car show?

We're putting on our 1st annual car show for a non profit organization called SOFTIN. We're Having it at the Earl Warren Show Grounds in Santa Barbara California on July 25th, 2009. I have a couple questions that I need help on. If at all possible. Now I was asked about "vender's". The place is really large and a lot of room for vender's. How many vender's does a custom and classic car show usually have?? How do you find vender's and approach them? Do they need to be "car" related, or would like the Chocolate Gallery be okay?? Any suggestions on who to contact, and what I would say to them? Thanks a bunch!
