what do you think of this car as a first car?

Um are you crazy. You can get a newer car for much less and closer to where you live. Probably nicer too.
Yes it is, This model has lots of problems and should be avoided at all cost. Delivery charges now are very expensive. As mentioned before find something closer that you can inspect in person.
You can get a LANCER for $13,000 uhmm.. sorry but that car is kinda ugly.
