I found a good deal on a car on ebay, how do i get a free vehicle report? carfax, vehix, all charge a fee?

Where can i go to get a totally free report, vehicle history, before i buy it?

1. Sorry, there's no free lunch. You'll have to pay for this type of report.
2. You can buy the reports on eBay, or you can ask the seller to provide them to you. Any serious seller will already have the reports because he knows potential buyers will want to see them.
3. You pay for them like everyone else. Even those of us with unlimited access pay for hte service. Why shouldnt you?
