Where can look to buy a used but new car?

I'm a college student and there are some things that i just need to get up and go do but i'm tired of depending on my boyfriend all the time who is very lazy at times. He doesn't mind doing things for me but its just sometimes you just want to get up and go and its the principle. Does anyone know where i can go either online or in person to buy a nice yet used and cheap car! Please i'm very desperate! By the way, my family doesn't make that much money and i'm pretty much gonna be on my own.

Then you just go and test drive the car, and if you like it, drive off the lot with that price. So you can still get a great car for a price that's (hopefully) in your price range.
