1. Four rotor engines are very rare and most of them were for race cars only. You might find one in Australia. I heard rumors of some being for sale there. Now three rotor engines can be found at many JDM dealers. They were found in Cosmos cars sold in Japan. There is a way to make a four rotor engine, but it requires a custom crank shaft. Try the RX7 or RX8 forums for more on places to get the crankshaft.
2. lol your dreaming buddy. As the other dude said, the only few 4 rotor engines that were made were for racing applications only and would be impossible to find. The only way you could really get a 4 rotor engine is to buy a kit from the guy in new Zealand that sells the kits to build a 4 rotor engine. but its not easy and very, very expensive. Just get a 20b turbo, they are easy to find and cheap.
3. www.mazdatrix.com is a good website that sells anything for the rx7 and rx8 models. check out there. i saw they had a race engine for sale the other day.
