Do I have to buy a ipod adapter for my car stereo or can I just use the aux port to play songs from my ipod?

Im new at this, and before I buy I just want to make sure that i can use the aux port on my car stereo without buying a ipod adapter.

1. Yes, that is what the aux port is for. Just get a mini plug to mini plug cable and plug it in.
