how and i apply to get on "overhaulin'"?

(im Jaky's daughter) i am trying to get my big sister's 1970 VW bug on "overhaulin'" it's a show on the discovery channel, does anyone know how to get on the show (apply for it?) ? or iff there is a URL for it, please post it, thank you
